Spotswood High School

ASVAB Administration

The ASVAB will be administered at Spotswood High School on Friday, December 10th.  Students are able to meet their New Jersey High School Graduation Assessment Requirements through the ASVAB by achieving a 31 or higher.  The ASVAB will be open to juniors and seniors.

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is an aptitude test that covers eight areas, which are related to different careers.  An aptitude indicates your readiness to become proficient in a certain type of activity. Students will receive a  personalized code when their test results are returned to them. This code can be used on the ASVAB program website to help students use their interests and ASVAB scores to explore both civilian and military occupations.

Interested students should submit their permission form to School Counseling by December 1st.
