Course Requirements

Students must complete specific course requirements set by the State of New Jersey in core academic subjects and electives to be eligible for graduation. These requirements are outlined in the Graduation Requirement Checklist.

Financial Aid Application Requirement

Under P.L.2023, c.295, students in the graduating classes of 2025, 2026, and 2027 must complete one of the following to receive a high school diploma:

  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or
  • Complete the New Jersey Alternative Financial Aid Application, or
  • Be exempted from the requirement in accordance with procedures outlined in the law
