Basketball (Women's)

Our philosophy is to create an environment where our student athletes learn on and off the court. The student athletes in this program will be held accountable, learn to communicate and be responsible both in the classroom and through competition. Our expectation is for each member to grow as a young adult while learning to manage the highs and lows that each season will bring. Relationships will be molded amongst teammates that will last years beyond high school.

Coaching Biography

Vincent Vizzi is a graduate of Spotswood High School and Kean University. During his high school years, he was a three sport letterwinner in soccer, basketball, and baseball. Since the 2011-2012 school year, he has held multiple coaching positions in the Spotswood School District. These include Memorial School Girls Basketball and Memorial Baseball coach, as well as holding the position of Junior Varsity Boys Soccer, Girls Basketball, and Baseball for several years. During this time, he has led the JV Baseball team to two JV GMC Baseball Tournament Championships in 2014 and 2016. Coach Vizzi has also led the JV Girls Basketball team to the finals of the GMC JV Girls Basketball Tournament during the 2015-2016 winter season.
